Supporting Families with Compassion and Clarity
At my practice, I provide therapy services for children, tweens, and teens in a way that honors their developmental stage and unique needs. For clients under the age of 18, both parents or legal guardians must provide consent before we can begin services.
I recognize that every family is unique, and situations such as shared custody or limited involvement from one parent can sometimes create challenges. Please know I’m here to support you with compassion and flexibility as we navigate the intake process together.
What You’ll Need Before We Schedule
-
Photo IDs from both parents or legal guardians
-
Completed intake paperwork from both parents or guardians
-
Custody paperwork or divorce decree (if applicable)
-
Insurance card, front and back (if applicable)
Next Steps
-
Call to schedule your Parent Consultation and your child’s first session.
-
A Parent Consultation is required for all minor clients. This session is 45–50 minutes and billed as a standard session.
-
For in-person appointments, a parent or guardian must remain on-site during the session unless the child is 16 or older.
Need Help?
If you’re unsure about any part of the process, I’m happy to guide you through it. My goal is to ensure your child receives the support they need in a way that feels safe, welcoming, and clear for the entire family.
